SOMO: A Singly Occupied Molecular Orbital. A molecular orbital occupied by just one electron.

The π molecular orbitals of the allyl radical. π₁ is occupied by a pair of electrons, and is a bonding molecular orbital. π₂ is nonbonding molecular orbital that is occupied by a single electron; this orbital is the SOMO and HOMO. π₃* is an unoccupied antibonding molecular orbital; it is the LUMO.
