Prismane (Ladenburg benzene): IUPAC name tetracyclo[2.2.0.02,6.03,5]hexane; a nonaromatic constitutional isomer of benzene. Named for its resemblance to a prism and for Albert Ladenberg, who proposed this structure for benzene in 1869 while working with Kekule.
